Enquiries and bookings

Website content gives a general description of services. An enquiry does not reserve personnel, vehicles or equipment. Scope, availability, fees, payment dates and any service-specific requirements must be agreed in writing before a booking is confirmed.

Response and clinical needs

We respond to general enquiries within 48 hours. This website enquiry channel is not monitored as an emergency channel and does not provide medical advice. Call us to discuss time-sensitive transfers; availability and clinical suitability must be confirmed.

Fees and cancellation

Your written quotation will set out fees and the applicable VAT treatment. See the cancellation and refund policy. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
