Information and purposes

The enquiry form asks for your name, email and brief requirements so we can respond and discuss services. Do not include patient records, health information, identity documents or bank details. When you submit the form, its contents are sent to Cape Medics by email.

We use enquiry information to respond to your request and take steps towards a possible service agreement. The form acknowledgement is not marketing consent. Separate, optional permission would be needed for any consent-based marketing.

Sharing, storage and security

Authorised staff and the providers supporting our hosting and email may process information needed to handle your enquiry. We do not need public patient information for this purpose. We will not retain enquiry data longer than required for its purpose or applicable legal obligations.

Your choices

You may request access or correction, object where applicable, or request deletion subject to lawful retention duties. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting prior lawful processing. We may need proportionate proof of identity to protect your information.

You can raise concerns with the Information Regulator of South Africa.

External services and cookies

Google Maps, WhatsApp, social links, the Foundation website and the staff login open separate services when clicked. Their own privacy notices apply. This website does not embed these services or load Google Analytics. See our cookie policy.

Clinical information

This general website notice is not a patient-care consent form. Clinical records and healthcare disclosures require a separate, appropriate process.
